Eliminate Tough Odors for Good
Persistent vehicle odors don’t fade on their own. The Bio-Bombs Vehicle Deodorization Kit (VDK) releases pure chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) gas to neutralize odors at the source—not cover them. Smoke, mildew, sweat, and deeply embedded cabin odors are effectively treated for a true interior reset.
How It Works
The VDK generates a controlled release of ClO₂ vapor that fills the entire cabin, reaching seats, carpet, vents, headliner, trunk areas, and hard-to-access spaces. This vapor chemically oxidizes odor-causing compounds, leaving the interior genuinely clean instead of artificially scented. This is a science-backed deodorization process designed for professional-grade results.
Ideal Applications
Smoke contamination (cigarette or cannabis)
Mildew, mold, and musty HVAC odors
Used vehicles, trade-ins, and auction units
Post-collision or flood restoration
Fuel and chemical odor removal
Fleet vehicles, rideshare units, semis, and RVs
Why It Outperforms Ozone
Will not damage electronics or interior finishes
No bleaching or over-oxidation risk
Safer for occupants and materials
Selectively targets odor molecules rather than reacting with all interior components
Ozone is non-selective and can degrade materials. Bio-Bombs target only the odor source.
What’s Included
Treatment Time
For shorter treatment cycles and deeper penetration, pair with the Oxygenator Aerator.
Key Benefits
Proven chlorine dioxide odor elimination
Gas reaches into vents, cracks, seams, and cabin airspace
Safe on all interior materials
Suitable for cars, trucks, vans, semis, and RVs
Simple to use with professional-level effectiveness
Pro Tip: Pair with a Steam Treatment for Embedded Odors
For odors absorbed deep into foam, fabric, or padding, begin with a chlorine dioxide liquid solution before running the VDK. Bio-Bomb Minis are ideal for creating a penetrating liquid treatment.
Mix one Mini per 32 oz of water and apply using a high-quality steamer. This allows ClO₂ to work into upholstery, carpet padding, vents, headliner edges, and door panels. High-contact surfaces like the steering wheel should also be treated.
Follow with the VDK to complete a full cabin deodorization.
Important Notes on Embedded Odors
The VDK is engineered for airborne and surface-exposed odor sources. For heavily absorbed contaminants such as:
Rodent nesting or droppings
Urine in seats or carpet
Food or beverage spills (milk, coffee, etc.)
Biological spills
Decomposed organic material
HVAC system contamination
A gas-only treatment will not fully reach the odor source. Use Bio-Bomb Minis with a steamer to neutralize deep saturation before finalizing with the VDK. Skipping this step may result in odor return.
Quick Guidelines
Always treat inside a fully sealed cabin
Do not enter the vehicle during the treatment cycle
Ventilate the cabin for 5–10 minutes after completion
If a faint odor persists, lightly mist the interior with distilled water to reactivate any remaining ClO₂
