Installation Information
Designed as a true bolt-in accessory.
- Cargo vans: mounts to factory floor holes in Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Mercedes Sprinter, Nissan NV, Chevy Express, etc.
- Truck beds: bolts to bed floor using Weather Guard’s optional truck-bed mounting kit or directly through the bed with plus-nuts (kits available).
Only basic hand tools are required. A single unit typically installs in 20–30 minutes; stacking or side-by-side installations add minimal time. No welding or permanent vehicle modification needed.

Care & Maintenance
Wipe clean with mild soap and water. In truck-bed applications, occasional rinsing prevents salt or mud buildup. Touch up scratches quickly with Weather Guard white touch-up paint. Check mounting bolts after the first 500 miles and periodically thereafter. Drawer rollers are maintenance-free, but a quick shot of dry silicone spray keeps them gliding perfectly.
Warranty Details
Limited Lifetime Warranty on the steel structure and finish against defects in material and workmanship for the original purchaser. Excludes damage from abuse, improper installation, or normal wear. No registration required.
